Olive-Harvey Fall Festival

Start the day off with a fun 5K run/walk and see the extent of our campus. Strollers welcome! We will then have raffles, children's activities and a community resource fair. We will also offer tours of our campus, including the newly opened, state-of-the-art Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Center. There is a registration fee for the 5K, but all other events are free and open to the public.

Come out and Join us for our 2nd annual Fall Festival. We will have 50+ vendors, Crafters, Artisans, and food companies set up on Sandburg and Row. The mall will also have numerous activities(times and activities TBD and will be posted closer to the event). Vendors will have candy to hand out, while supplies last, during the mall activities schedule.


October 25- 27th the vendors, crafters and artisans will be set up between 11 am - 7 pm
Friday and Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm.

FALL FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE SATURDAY ONLY PLEASE CHECK THE MALL WEBSITE FOR FULL DETAILS.

The Pilsen Artist Alley will be the last stop (Lo Rez Brewing) of the 18th Street Pilsen Open Studios to allow vendors without their own studio to participate in the event. It will be a pick up and drop off location, as well as the official after party on Saturday, October 19th from 8:00 - 10:00 PM.

Proceeds will benefit the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights & CITA (Chicago Immigrant Transportation Assistance. The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant & Refugee Rights is dedicated to promoting the rights of immigrants and refugees to full and equal participation in the civic, cultural, social, and political life of our diverse society. CITA is an organization currently within the ICIRR that provides transportation for refugees & asylum seekers coming in and out of Chicago.

For the month of October, Chase Park will be transformed into a fall spectacular, including the epic return of The Great Pumpkin Patch, the Chicago Park District's only professional haunted house attraction "The Attic" & the 4th Annual Chicago Campfire Festival on October 12th, 2019; a day full of fall fun, live music, ghost stories, & real campfires. New this year we will be hosting our first annual Campfire 2K Family Fun Run followed by a special pumpkin patch party!

Everyone is welcome to this free event on the Jay Pritzker Pavilion Stage in Millennium Park. Sip warm cider and listen to seasonal tunes from Old Town School of Folk Music while visiting the artisans who will join us.

 

We will be giving away seeds recently harvested from the garden. (limit 4/person)

Apples stand as everyone’s favorite fall fruit, and this 32nd annual Lincoln Square festival celebrates them all, from Akanes to Zestas. Dozens of vendors will be selling apples in all shapes and forms — apple cider, candy apples, apple pie, apple strudel — as well as handcrafted items. There is also a kid zone full of children’s activities and live music throughout the day at the Leland Avenue Kid Zone.

Enjoy a fun filled photo scavenger hunt to celebrate one of the best holidays...Halloween! We will meet at PSC and enjoy a snack, craft and some games before going on a photo scavenger hunt around Safety Park/CRC grounds! Parents may bring a cell phone camera to take photos during the event. If there is inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled. Each child participating in the event must register.
